She mentioned that she was a big believer in daily walking and lifting light weights to tone, especially for her older age group of over-50s. She said that to alter your body shape, it is important to walk, but she suggested that you also add 10 minutes of toning exercise three days per week. Start with light weights, do your arms and then move on to some leg exercises. Every day, I do three minute abs and I’m a true believer that’s why I kept my stomach, but most importantly kept my back, healthy after all these years — to make sure The center of the body stays strong.”
